After completing the adoption, did you not receive the confirmation email? No problem, below we list some of the issues that might have occurred:


The confirmation email may have ended up in the SPAM or junk folder, so please check there, as confirmation emails and login credentials are often filtered as spam. If you use Gmail, also check other folders like Promotions and Social.


Did you enter the correct email during registration?  Sometimes there are typing errors. If you're unsure, please write to us at info@3bee.it 


Check that the transaction was successful. Sometimes, the transaction can remain pending, which prevents the adoption from being completed correctly.


If you're using a company email, it might have been deleted by your provider. In this case, please contact us via email and provide a new one. Our support team will handle the change.


The confirmation email containing the certificate and the email with login credentials are sent separately. 

It's possible to receive only the email with credentials, but this doesn't necessarily confirm the adoption was completed. An account may have been created with your email, but the adoption may not have been finalized. In this case, check the transactions and, if necessary, proceed with a new adoption.
