For all adoptions that include honey, the shipment will be made at the end of the beekeeping season and based on the availability of the selected beekeeper.
However, if this hasn't happened, below we list some issues that might have occurred:
Profile missing the necessary information for honey delivery
In this case, simply log in to your profile and enter the missing details. The system will automatically update the honey delivery date according to the timeline provided by the beekeeper.
Profile with incomplete data
Especially when receiving an adoption as a gift, it’s possible that the name initially entered was a nickname or just a first name. In this case, the system blocks honey shipment due to incomplete data. Update your profile, and your honey will be shipped in the next available batch.
Late update of data
In this case, the honey delivery date will be updated based on when the profile was completed. The beekeeper will then proceed with the shipment by including your honey in the next available batch after the one originally scheduled.
Delay by the beekeeper due to production issues with a specific type of honey
In these cases, you can request a change of beekeeper by contacting customer service at info@3bee.it. There may also have been a misunderstanding during the preparation of the product, causing the beekeeper to delay the delivery. Contact our customer service for more information.
Incorrect shipping address
The postal code may be incorrect, or the details may have been entered in a way that the system cannot recognize. It's also possible that a foreign address was entered without paying the extra cost for international shipping, or vice versa. In these cases, either update the information or contact customer support at info@3bee.it.
Failure to redeem the gift
If the adoption was a gift made via a gift code, the recipient must properly redeem the gift code and complete their profile for honey delivery. Failure to redeem the gift code will prevent the correct shipping of the honey.
Courier delivery issues
The shipment may have been correctly handed over to the courier by the beekeeper, but issues may have occurred during transport. Continuously monitor the shipment using the tracking code you’ll receive via email. If delivery doesn't occur as expected, contact our customer service. Please note that couriers can take several days to finalize a shipment. In case of a delivery attempt and the start of storage at the post office, check for any slips to pick up the package or proceed with online release.
