If you can no longer monitor the beehive from your 3Bee profile, it could be due to one of the following factors:


  • The duration of your adoption has ended, and the automatic renewal option was not selected to continue supporting the beekeeper and proceed with monitoring your beehive. In this case, you should not see any active adoption in your personal profile.
  • Low batteries caused by malfunction of the device and the photovoltaic panel. You'll see active adoption, but you won't see up-to-date data in the tracking section. In these cases, contact support at the following email info@3bee.it so that we can solve the problem by reporting it to the relevant beekeeper. If the beekeeper does not give rapid positive feedback, it will be possible to move the adoption to another hive where monitoring is active.
  • The monitoring system may have been retired for a routine check or repair. As soon as it is sent back to the beekeeper, he will install it again on the hive.
  • Problems related to your internet connection, in these cases try to reload the page as soon as you have restored the line.
  • Technical maintenance of the site, usually the service is restored within a couple of hours.
  • Not all beekeepers have all the sensors installed, for this reason, sometimes, it is not possible to visualize the sound of the hive and the internal temperature. If you would like to have a hive available that provides all the monitoring data, please contact support.
