We are always ready to assist our customers. If you have encountered problems and wish to cancel your adoption or gift, please contact customer service by emailing info@3bee.it, ensuring you include "REFUND REQUEST" or "ADOPTION CHANGE REQUEST" in the subject line based on your needs. Remember to include the adoption ID and the email you used to make the adoption in the body of the email. If you don’t remember the adoption ID, provide the registration email and the date of purchase. To help us improve our service, we also ask you to specify the reason why you would like to cancel your 3Bee adoption.


RETURNS

After gifting or purchasing a hive, you have 14 working days to cancel the registration. Depending on your preference, you can choose to change the order or receive a refund of the amount.


REFUNDS

Once the refund for your adoption plan is approved, the order amount will be refunded if you have not requested a change. The processing of the refund may take up to 4 working days, depending on the payment method and the policies of your respective bank. The refund will be made to the payment method chosen at the time of purchase.
